For a full plan, I will run a copy of your BMR (basic metabolic rate) which is the number of calories you need to maintain your current weight. This is based off of you age, height, weight and activity level. I’ll send you a copy of that too, so you have it for reference.
The meal plan I create will be based off your BMR, but with a little calorie deficit. We will also go over foods you like/don’t liked based off a sheet I’ll send you. The plan will consist of 3 meals and 1 snack for each day.
I will be available any time throughout if you have any questions about anything during these 4 weeks.
- What is Paleo? Think of it as a grocery list of all the foods we ate during our 2.5 million years of evolution.
- What is a ketogenic diet? Think of it as adapting your body to operate on its preferred fuel source, ketone bodies (fat) instead of Glucose (Sugar).
